Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for dedicated people for our team to support us with data management activities for a proprietary tool that was specifically created for our Origination activities. Qualifications for the role include:

  • University degree in business administration and / or finance.
  • Prior data processing, system operational development work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with databases and their maintenance.
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in related field.
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English and communication skills.
Your future role
The tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Data updates involving researching companies potentially coming to the market and updating our system with key public information.
  • Managing the data collection and review process from various source providers.
  • System and process development including identifying and testing new features.
  • Training and help desk operational support for all users.
  • Monitor and analyze information available in the system, evaluate overall system performance, discover, and report bugs (if any), propose ways to enhance and upgrade the system.
  • Support with internal system / process reviews with our risk and compliance teams.
