Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a DataBricks Engineer with strong expertise in Python and Microsoft Azure to support data pipeline development, data transformation, and integration tasks within our cloud-based analytics environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including Data Lake, Data Factory, and Databricks.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience working with Azure Databricks

  • Proficient in Python for data processing and scripting

  • Good understanding of Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, etc.)

  • Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows

  • Familiarity with data modeling, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices

Nice to have / Considered as an alternative profile:

  • Experience in a Databricks Administrator role, including managing workspaces, user access, cluster configuration, and cost optimization

  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and governance best practices in Databricks
