Who we are looking for
We are looking for passionate and results-driven Digital Strategists ready to join us and support senior colleagues in leveraging digital to make a real impact on our clients’ businesses. Ideal candidate for this position should be innovative, curious and technology savvy. Our Digital Strategy team works on the edge of strategy, design and technology; hence we are looking for generalists who are able to flexibly apply their critical thinking capabilities to challenges in always changing domains.
Qualifications:
- top class university (3rd year of Bachelor's degree or during Master’s degree) or graduate of business (economics, management, finance) or data analytics studies (however we are also open to other majors if you believe that you have a right skillset and attitude),
- substantial extracurricular activity (internships, students’ organizations or charity & fundraising initiatives),
- critical and strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems, able to justify your own point justify own point of view, but also flexibility to change own mind if compelling counterarguments arise,
- functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies,
- proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication),
- ability to work effectively with people at all functional areas in the organization (strategy, technology, design),
- ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel,
- proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (more advanced analytical tools will be highly appreciated).
Moreover, the following will be an advantage:
- working experience alongside developers and designers – it will not be your core responsibility, but ability to speak the same language is essential.
Your future role
Digital Strategy Analyst is an entry-level position designed to introduce you to the world of Strategy Consulting in digital space and the role of consultant. Digital Strategists work within an organization to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges of all units of the business in the new digital era. Here’s a sample of what you can experience:
- You will be working side-by-side with our team and taking charge of distinct aspects of the project – that is why your strong engagement and commitment to excellence are crucial for us.
- You will prepare materials, that support gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and finally translating analyses into strategic directions – content prepared by you will be heavily leveraged and that is why your Excel, Power Point and analytical skills are important.
- You will have the opportunity to present your findings to team members and further client stakeholders, assist in execution of your recommendations – that is why your interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- You will work with different teams across our and client organization, including strategy, technology, and design representatives. You will have a chance to gain experience and excel in each of these fields – that is why your ability to work effectively with people in all functional areas in the organization are relevant.
