Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most impactful sectors in Sustainability. Insurance companies have a substantial role to play in this transformation as underwriters, investors, risk managers and employers – with regulations and new requirements impacting their strategy. In this role, you will be involved in helping insurance clients on their sustainability journey.

Who we are looking for

  • Individuals with at least 2 years of experience in projects in the field of: non-financial and/or integrated reporting, verification of non-financial data as a part of company activities (as ESG specialist / Investor Relations department, controlling, financial reporting etc.) or as an external consultant;
  • Ability to understand the insurance industry as well as the sustainability needs of customers in this sector;
  • Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in combination with the area of sustainability (ex. ESG, reporting, strategies);
  • Knowledge of the current regulations (i.e. SFDR, NFRD, CSRD, Taxonomy) on the subject of sustainable development, as well as global standards such as GRI, IIRC, TCFD, CDP;
  • Ability to cooperate in a team, in projects for private and public clients, also in an international context;
  • Knowledge of capital markets regulations in sustainable finance area and/or regulatory background would be an asset.
Your future role
    • Addressing the sustainability needs of companies in the Insurance and Financial Services sector, in areas such as Strategy and Reporting;
    • Supporting sales, educational and business development activities; Conducting workshops (both in Polish and in English), educational meetings for clients from insurance sector;
    • Managing ongoing projects, including client relationships;
    • Analysis of activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities/flagship programs in the field of responsible business and sustainable development (including CSR).
