Who we are looking for


Deloitte's Sustainability & Climate team is seeking a Senior Consultant/ Manager in Warsaw to support its growth in Poland and Central Europe.

We are looking for an individual with specific qualifications and personal attributes:

  • At least 5 years of experience in projects in the field of: sustainability reporting, verification of non-financial data as a part of company activities (as ESG specialist / Investor Relation department, controlling, financial reporting etc.) or as an external consultant,
  • Knowledge of the current reporting regulations (CSRD and ESRS is a must, Taxonomy knowledge will be an asset) 
  • Experience in project leading
  • Experience in running workshops, processes aimed at creating new solutions in the field of sustainable development, using design thinking methodologies, etc.;
  • Ability to cooperate in a team, in projects for private and public clients, also in an international context.
  • Project management certificates will be an asset.

Your future role
As a Senior Consultant/Manager in our team, you will provide high-quality and independent advice on complex ESG challenges faced by our clients. 

Some of your responsibilities will include, among others, the following:

  • Conducting and/or participating in projects regarding sustainability reporting and double materiality processes for companies in Poland and the Central European region (in Polish and English);
  • Implementation of digital reporting tools 
  • Managing ongoing projects, including customer relationships;
  • Supporting sales, educational and business development activities;
  • Analysis of activities in the field of ESG and design of strategic activities/flagship programs in the field of responsible business and sustainable development

  • Stage 1 - will carefully read your resume.
  • Stage 2 – you will be asked to complete an analytical and English online test.
  • Stage 3 – you will be invited for HR interview (online).
  • Stage 4 - you will be invited for Hiring Manager interview (including case study) (online).
