Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team. If you have a passion for ETL and are eager to expand your skills, we are here to support you.

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in industry, business, and technology
  • You have a hands-on experience in ETL development and optimization
  • You are familiar with at least one major ETL tool (Informatica, SSIS, ODI, Talend, etc.); SAP BODS expertise is a plus
  • Understanding of Data Warehousing (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts
  • Skilled in SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL
  • Experience in transformation and project delivery
  • You feel comfortable in client-facing roles, verifying needs, and presenting solutions
  • You demonstrate an interest in the European Union and their Institutions and want to take part in their further development
  • You want to work in an international, dynamic environment and you are willing occasional travel to Brussels
  • You are fluent in English, and you successfully completed your Master's degree

Your future role

Within our GPS practice, a specific team is dedicated to leverage our service offering with deep EU industry expertise and helping the EU institutions to address their key finance, accounting and reporting challenges as they undergo transformation. We are looking for consultants to strengthen our Finance @ EU Center of Excellence

You will apply your technology experience (Data, ERP, BI) in the context of finance domain and industry foresight to get involved in projects on important challenges within EU institutions. You will use your superb analytical skills to participate in variety of transformational project to help the EU institutions fulfill their mission and objectives

You will support EU institutions across diverse projects, from research and analysis to implementation, by:
  • Helping clients leverage data for better decision-making and reporting
  • Identifying and implementing tailored solutions in:
    • Financial & management reporting
    • Digital Finance
    • Financial process improvements and re-organization
    • Costing, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Continuously developing your skills through project work and tailored training
  • Contributing to initiatives that enhance the Finance @ EU Center of Excellence
