Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant;
- Experience supporting multiple executives and their wider teams;
- A bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- A data-driven, analytical approach.
- Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritise workload while remaining calm and composed;
- Constantly exercise confidentiality, discretion, and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
- A confident, professional manner;
- The ability to establish a rapport with partners and staff;
- A positive attitude and be willing to provide the highest level of internal and external client service;
- Demonstrate a willingness to own and solve problems, or refer issues to the appropriate person;
- Be resilient and have integrity.
- Experience with project management and minute-taking;
- Experience within a professional environment.
Your future role
- Working as part of the Office Management team, collaborating with EAs across the organization to share best practices;
- Managing and maintaining assigned calendars, taking a proactive, forward-planning approach to diary management;
- Undertake projects at the direction of the partners and directors;
- Staying ahead of potential scheduling conflicts, using initiative to find solutions, and communicating changes promptly;
- Building genuine, solid relationships across the organization with internal and external stakeholders;
- Coordinating travel plans, including managing itineraries, checking in for flights, getting to and from airports, etc.
- Preparing for key meetings, assembling papers, taking minutes, and following up on actions as required;
- Managing and driving multiple projects and priorities at once, including off-sites and large-scale events;
- Handling confidential information with integrity.
