Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • University degree in a business, engineering, environmental science and/or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years of professional experience in ESG consulting/reporting related services or relevant industry experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & presentation skills as well as writing skills (documentation etc.)
  • Strong business acumen, ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problem
  • Team-player mindset
  • Good level of English and Slovenian language
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive customer service attitude, strong client management skills
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage high workload and stress
  • Familiarity with ESG standards, regulations and best practice, including for ESG reporting
  • All applicants must be Slovenian based because there is no visa sponsorship
Your future role
  • Being involved in development and implementation strategy of ESG, that also includes ESG materiality and maturity assessment, stakeholder analysis, benchmarking, metrics, KPIs and target setting
  • Assume responsibility for specific project streams, ability to manage projects with minimal guidance
  • Doing a transformation of circular economy that also includes advisory on business like circular models
  • Define client needs, proactive approach to Business Development
  • Advisory based on responsible sourcing and aligning with ecolabel requirements
  • Present and advocate designed solutions in front of business stakeholders
  • Supply chain due diligence
  • Develop client relationships through interactions with client personnel
  • Having solutions for sustainable waste management
  • Participate in the pre-sale’s activities
  • Having knowledge about GHG emissions calculations, including Scope 3 chains emissions
  • Cooperate with subject matter experts from risk advisory and technical consultants to jointly deliver high quality projects for the customers
