Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • At least 3 – 5 years of audit or consulting firms working experience;
  • Higher education with degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics;
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial statements, industry outlook and business model;
  • Ability to learn fast and deliver quality work under pressure, analytical mind with problem solving approach. Therefore applicants must be highly organized, with the ability to review their own work critically;
  • Understanding in merger & acquisition life cycle as well as technical knowledge on accounting standards;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
  • Be able to work in a collaborative environment in a diverse team and work independently;
  • Candidate is encouraged to pursue in professional qualification;
  • Strong commitment in professionalism and client service excellence and be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment;
  • Be available to travel abroad Albania when required;
  • Fluent Italian and English;

Your future role

  • Working on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions for companies operating in various service lines;
  • Assisting with day-to-day management of transactions, including preparation of information memoranda, management presentations, valuation analysis and taking responsibility for preparation of information and client communications;
  • Quickly developing an understanding of the target business and its drivers;
  • Coaching and mentoring more junior team members;
  • Review and analysis of historical trading, cash flow and balance sheets;
  • Review and analysis of projections, and underlying assumptions;
  • Review of the adequacy of working capital facilities, including consideration of financing limits, term and covenants;
  • Reporting of potential key issues for our client including identification of risk or price affecting considerations;
  • Perform sophisticated analysis of the financial and commercial aspects of the transactions under study and effectively communicate the impacts to stakeholders;
  • Prepare technical reports, expert reports and accurate presentations, effectively using written, graphic and visual communication;
  • Production of quality deliverables (detailed written reports and presentations) within agreed timescales;

About the team

Our Transaction Services (TS) team provides technical support for potential transactions. The TS team examines the companies subject to a potential transaction to identify risks and all matters relevant for an informed decision of the client.
