Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for experienced technology and transformation consultants who have got a wealth of experience in leading consulting projects and teams. Ideally you will be coming from an international corporate and have at least 5+ years of client side experience delivering projects outside Poland. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your leadership skills, build and grow teams and portfolios of consulting services delivered to the largest EU institutions across Europe. You will be working in English speaking only, multicultural environment and will be exposed to the largest transformational agendas executed across European Institutions applying Deloitte best practice and latest technology and business transformation solutions.

• BA or MA with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong consulting background gained in large multinational corporations
• Strong experience in running and growing consulting / delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with issues
• A strong attention to detail
• Pro-active, self-starter with can do attitude
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.


We are looking for two Team Leads with the following domain knowledge:


Financial technology domain – team lead

  • Financial technology sector background
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • Ideally technical architecture, development or ITSM background
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management or Technical / Solution Architecture or ITSM would be a bonus
  • ICT consulting domain – team lead
  • Business and ICT consulting background
  • Solid business analysis, process design & management
  • Ideally (technology) operating model, change and transformation delivery experience
  • Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management or Change management would be a bonus.

Your future role
  • Plan, execute, and deliver projects from inception to completion
  • Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of consulting or technical delivery work
  • Report progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, while removing blocking issues leading to a successful delivery
  • Work with multiple teams and have the business consulting / technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the teams (you may be embedded within the team or your work may be cross-cutting across multiple teams)
  • Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution
  • Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations
  • Own projects and ensure the right information about the status of a project is delivered at the right time
  • Have good working relationships with engineers, managers, and peers
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Help grow teams and ensure good working relationship across teams and projects
  • Apply best practice and guide team work according to Deloitte’s high quality standards
  • Obsess about customer satisfaction and orderly delivery of projects
  • Manage team’s capacity and ensure team members’ adherence to Deloitte’s values and code of conduct.

Key Results

Project and contract delivery organisation and management, delivering results against agreed scope and requirements. Ensuring delivery quality, co-ordination among multiple stakeholders and compliance with established polices and best practices.

What we offer
As a Team Lead you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management of projects executed via multiple cross-functional teams. Your role will be to organise, deliver specific contracts / projects according to specification at agreed quality levels. You will be developing and leading multiple teams ensuring application of Deloitte’s best practices is observed and client satisfaction is met.

Your role will be client facing and as such you will be able to develop good understanding of client needs that will be used to drive business development efforts.
