Your future role

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting at company level (FTEs, all costs related to personnel)
  • Provide support, collect information, analyze data, and ensure alignment with business assumptions.
  • Prepare various reports and presentations related to budget, forecast and actual data: analyze actual vs plan, investigate, and follow up on significant differences.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analysis to the management related to workforce trends, FTEs, personnel costs, and other HR topics.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc business analyses to support HR business decisions
  • Prepare reports on different components of the remuneration scheme and analysis about internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Analyze market trends and propose solutions for the organization
Continuously strive to automate processes to provide more accurate data in the timeliest manner
