Who we are looking for

You are expected to provide day to day HR support to the Office. We are looking for a focused and proactive HR to join our Human Resources Department.  As an HR Coordinator in our office, you will be working on a variety of HR administrative tasks and coordinating them with different stakeholders and offices. As one of the main HR contacts for our employees, you ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and current practice. You also contribute actively to a major HR transformation project and will be given the opportunity to develop your professional skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field;
  • 5 + years of working experience in preferably in an international (and/or) multinational company in the related field of HR;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time-management skills, facilitation and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects in the HR area;
  • Very good knowledge in using relevant Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems;
  • Good team player and willingness to work under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing). Knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
Your future role
  • Provide HR daily advise and support to the assigned business groups, such as recruitment and employer branding, performance experience management, employee relationships, entitlements, benefits & compensation, and other.
  • Designs and implements the compensation & benefits programs and policies across the Firm.
  • Generates HR data analysis, reports, budgets, statistics, formulates conclusions and recommendations for HR matters.
  • Coordinate the implementation of existing programs.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders as well as the external ones;
  • Administrates the HR systems for personnel administration.
  • Acts as an internal consultant on people related matters.
  • Support recruitment activities, process campus recruitment programs as appropriate.
  • Work on new initiatives, particularly on newcomers’ induction and integration, people development, performance management, etc.
