Who we are looking for
Currently, at Deloitte we are implementing, developing, and maintaining set of enterprise applications for our internal customers from Deloitte Central Europe and beyond. As part of our exciting digital strategy, we are going to raise our application environment to the next level. This is why, we are looking for experienced and engaged IT Application Specialist.

Whether you have less experience and want to develop and learn or you are (more) senior and willing to further develop in a dynamic and friendly environment, this is the right place for you.

If you like the above, here is who are we looking for:

  • Previous 2-4 years’ experience in supporting an IT enterprise application (including: administrative role, support activities, application design and development);
  • Client-centric attitude and experience is a must to fulfill our OneIT standards;
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate situations or issues to get appropriate information for effective problem resolution;
  • Willingness to learn new systems, processes and use of appropriate technologies;
  • Strong oral and written communications skills in English;
  • Solid soft-skills and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • General knowledge of following areas will be a great asset: ERP system or application in area of HR, CRM, PM or Finance.
  • Proven experience with leading complex tasks and small projects.
Your future role
  • Managing an enterprise application activities both with end-users and with IT consultants;
  • Monitoring and acting on support activities related to your application;
  • Acting on various cross-systems interfaces to insure data quality;
  • Taking ownership and control over completion of small and middle size projects;
  • Documenting and improving processes;
  • Technical configuration and maintenance;
  • Operating technical processes related to daily/weekly/monthly/annually checks and procedures;
  • Working closely with business consultants and project teams to perform system changes.
