Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• university/college degree in appropriate field of study or relevant work experience but ideally IT with business interests or Economic sciences with IT interests
• 0-3 years of experience in analyzing and gathering business requirements in multinational environment
• high level understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• interest in developing software with financial and tax professionals
• experience in working with developers and with Agile development methodologies
• an ability to engage with colleagues and customers confidently and communicate clearly & concisely 
• fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge
• professional attitude and appearance

The following skills and experiences are not required but we consider them as advantages in the selection phase:
• financial or tax related background
• experience with VSTS or JIRA
• experience in software development or test automation
• project management experience
• user interface or user experience design knowledge
Your future role
• assist the Team Members in managing client projects and initiatives
• build products that our customers love
• deeply understand, analyze and gather business requirements in the field of taxation
• assist in the design of future tax technology products, consult with developers, write stories to be developed and finally test whether the result meets with functional and business criteria
• communicate with client stakeholders, internal tax advisors and technology team members to understand and specify business needs or regulatory changes    
• work closely with development team members and answer their questions to clarify the requirements
• develop test strategy, scenarios and cases for SIT & UAT
• proactively participate in all phases of the scrum process
• assist clients in providing system support to tax technology products
