Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Deloitte is setting up a Technology Hub dedicated to serving GPS (Government and Public Sector) across EMEA region. If you would like to be a part of that great initiative, here is who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management in IT, preferably in the financial sector;
  • University graduate (Bachelor and equivalent experience or Master’s Degree);
  • Knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Business Mapping Process (BMP);
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies;
  • Attention to detail and team-working skills;
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes and use of appropriate technology;
  • Confident communication skills and service quality oriented.
  • Highly motivated for self-development;
  • Experience in acceptance testing would be an asset;
  • English – advanced level, both written and spoken;
Your future role

  • Take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines);
  • Identify, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project;
  • Ensure that realistic project plans are maintained and ensures regular and accurate communication to stakeholders;
  • Adopt appropriate project management methods and tools whether predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches;
  • Ensures Quality reviews occur on schedule and according to procedure;
  • Manage the change control procedure, and ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off;
  • Provide effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
