Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • 5+ years IT Security to include developing and documenting security architecture and plans, including strategic, tactical and project plans;
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, and NIST is preferred;
  • Project Management experience and experience with creating and managing project plans is preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to the principles, values, and ethics of the organization;
  • Eager to learn, maintain and extend professional qualification and skills;
  • Great time management skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines;
  • Interactive and self-motivated behavior. Take initiative to do what needs to be done without being asked to do so;
  • Good team player.
Your future role
  • Planning, directing, and controlling the SOC functions and operation;
  • Leading and managing the Security Operations and team of security operational staff members;
  • Ensuring daily management, administration & maintenance of security devices to achieve operational effectiveness;
  • Managing and improving operational activities delivered by global IT teams as a service;
  • Managing Incident response and Vulnerability management programs to ensure the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of security breaches;
  • Implementing local and global security related projects;
  • Designing security architecture related solutions to fulfill internal and business requirements;
  • Advising CTO and CISO and making recommendations regarding appropriate security controls;
  • Coordinating with vendors, auditors, executive management, and business departments and maintain positive working relationships with them;
  • Ensuring compliance to policy, process, and procedure adherence and process improvisation to achieve operational objectives;
  • Facilitating improvements to processes by changing approaches and industry best practices, including ISO 27001;
  • Developing budgets for security operations.
