Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Proven working experience in PMO or managing IT projects
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English – advanced level both written and spoken

 

Additional advantages (not a must!): 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Familiarity with modern technology concepts, SDLC, ITSM, DevOps, Cloud (SaaS, IaaS) and aspects of Digital Transformation
  • Experience in the following industries e.g. banking, insurance, life sciences, automotive, retail, media, public sector

  • Supporting team in preparing and participating in customer pitches
  • Taking part in project delivery activities
  • Participating in PMO activities

  • Budget planning assistance
  • Planning and roadmap preparation
  • Supporting transformation governance processes
  • Developing and improving Project management tools and methodologies
  • Participating in internal practice development
