Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

• Experience in core insurance system implementation, with a focus on TIA or Guidewire platforms.

• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery in a leadership role.

• Strong sales skills with experience in identifying and closing business opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective implementation plans.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and team building.

• Knowledge of the insurance industry and understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus.

Your future role

• Lead a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.

• Oversee the entire implementation process, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, and quality control.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs to tailor solutions accordingly.

• Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals, and participate in client meetings and presentations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our core insurance system implementation services.

• Leverage your past experience with TIA or Guidewire platforms to provide technical guidance and support to the implementation team as needed.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to align implementation strategies with overall company objectives.

• Support the ongoing training and development of team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in core insurance system implementation.
