Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
As a Junior Administrative Coordinator, you will be working closely with the Deloitte Digital specialist and our internal clients (other Deloitte member firms).

  • You will be part of the Business Development Support Team which supports our Managers, Senior Managers and Directors in terms of all of the formal aspects of business opportunities, contracts and projects
  • You will be responsible for collecting all necessary data on the Deloitte Digital and client’s side
  • You will be identifying and escalating potential risks and issues and taking actions based on our internal Quality Risk Management process

Requirements:

  • Speak and write Polish and English fluently
  • Work experience in the administrative field in demanding international environment
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with strong attention to details
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Extremely well organized, dynamic with positive attitude, sense of responsibility and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Your future role
  • Cooperation with the Business Development Support Team
  • Salesforce and CRM system update
  • Preparation of the draft version of agreements with clients, other Deloitte member firms and subcontractors
  • Contact with the Enabling Services team e.g. House Legal Department, Controlling, Accounting
  • Responsibility for all internal processes and approvals required to proceed with contracts
  • Maintain action log and perform regular follow ups
  • Collect information, communicate and generate necessary documents
  • Use standardized structure for project documentation flow
  • Update documentation on regular basis
