Description & Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience supporting change and transformation projects or software implementations - expertise in legal or contract transformation projects would be an advantage;
- Proficiency in MS Office and expertise in the analysis and presentation of data;
- Ability to adapt style and approach to different audiences;
- Good stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Focus on problem-solving and finding solutions;
- A graduate of a faculty such as business, law, international law, economics or other relevant faculty (Bachelor's or Master's degree);
- Practical knowledge of appropriate methodologies used for project management;
- Relevant professional training and/or qualifications such as Prince2, PMI/APM, Change Management, Scrum/Agile and Lean Six Sigma would be an advantage;
- A willingness to learn about the various tools available to legal departments/contracting teams and an interest in using technology to solve client challenges;
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the proven ability to maintain professional standards despite challenging deadlines;
- Professional manner and high level of personal accountability combined with high standards of client care, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Focusing primarily on delivering client work that will successfully meet and exceed client expectations and achieve engagement and program objectives;
- Searching, analyzing, and reviewing information;
- Supporting the implementation of contract lifecycle management software;
- Supporting communication within project teams and with client stakeholders, maintaining and developing relationships at appropriate levels;
- Supporting the maintenance of existing services and contributing to developing new services that anticipate and meet future customer needs;
- Working with legal departments, procurement departments, contracts teams and law firms.
