What we expect:
- As a minimum, a degree in economics, business economics, management, finance or a related field;
- Professional experience in the same or a similar role is an advantage;
- Critical and analytical thinking;
- Client and service-oriented approach (ability to undertake practical changes for our clients);
- Openness, flexibility, enthusiasm, determination to help companies succeed;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Fluent Slovak and English (EN B2/C1 level);
- SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI an advantage, but not essential;
- Ability to adapt.
- Evaluation of operational, financial or commercial risks in companies in various sectors (you will gain extensive new experience and know-how);
- Identification, development and testing of internal control systems to ensure the efficient functioning of business processes in compliance with applicable regulations;
- Support for improvement and development of management and operational reporting to monitor processes and risks;
- Support for development of operational and financial models and simulations to analyse the impact of risks on the company;
- Streamlining the change process at companies and advice on improving decision-making processes, changes in organisational structure, operational processes, financial analysis and related risk management and internal control systems.

Salary and starting date:
- Salary: EUR 1 400 gross/month. A salary higher than stated may be agreed, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
