Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Very good level of English; German language skills would be an asset;
  • Excellent personal and communication skills;
  • Demonstrate a willingness to own/solve problems as they arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral;
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in event management / training management;
  • Experience in working with top management;
  • Experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • A person with relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment.

Your future role
As part of the learning administration services team in Poland, you will support the Swiss member firm with delivering learning services to the Swiss business units. Also, you will work collaboratively with other team members in Learning Experience Switzerland to deliver state-of-the-art learning and development programs for our employees.

Your responsibilities will include:
    • Addressing and resolving basic queries in ServiceNow;
    • Preparation of presentations, reports, excel lists, spreadsheets;
    • Organising events, meetings and development programmes;
    • Updating training records in our learning management system;
    • Manage learning documentation;
    • Facilitator and participant management;
    • Vendor management and support with statements of work for new vendors;
    • Invoicing.
