Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • University degree in Economics, Human Resources or related
  • 1 year previous experience with Payroll calculations / HR administration and knowledge of the labor legislation is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to the daily tasks
  • Very good command of English language
  • Excellent computer literacy

Your future role
  • Prepare payroll calculations for our clients in the provided payroll software
  • Support the team to run their monthly payroll cycle
  • Collaborate with client’s HR teams to ensure that payroll processing and benefits administration are accurate and timely
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Follow up on labor and social insurance legislation updates
