Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
  • Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
  • Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Fluent German or English on min. B2 level – both, written and spoken
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
  • Focus is on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer

Your future role

  • Ensure incidents and requests are accurately categorized, prioritized, logged, assigned, tracked and responded to in a timely manner, in line with agreed SLA’s, provision of timely communications and maintenance of ownership until closure
  • Provide 1st or 2nd level of technical support via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system
  • Maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.Participates in assigned projects
  • Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM, EM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growth
  • Collaboration with various teams & stakeholders to continuously improve support processes and customer satisfaction

The role of ServiceNow Service Delivery Consultant can serve as a steppingstone to more advanced positions within our support team or broader IT operations. With demonstrated skills and expertise, potential career paths include Service Delivery Consultant, Senior SD Consultant, IT Operations Analyst or Service Delivery Manager.
