Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Very good English skills: German skills would be an asset;
  • Experience in project management and working with top management;
  • Experience in working in an international, multi-cultural organization;
  • Minimum Business degree, preferably with UX knowledge;
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services environment;
  •  Excellent skills in creating and designing visually appealing presentations, with a strong focus on graphic design;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage event scheduling and campaigns (e.g. mailbox management and participant lists);
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload;
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics and communication (including distribution list, attendance, feedback survey distribution…);
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with colleagues and clients effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service;
  • Discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including remote teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
Your future role

  • Strong stakeholder management - working collaboratively with other team members in the Talent Experience team effectively;
  • Creation and design of visually appealing presentations and reports using PowerPoint;
  • Organising events, development programmes, and campaign;
  • Scheduling and managing various internal and external meetings;
  • Facilitating and managing participant and vendor relationships;
  • Managing the technology platforms used by the Talent Experience team;
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation;
  • Managing talent documentation and updating data in our internal management system.
