Who we are looking for
We’re currently looking for a Junior IT Specialist to join our Digital Workplace Services Team in Central Europe. Our Team supports 18 Central European countries with Hardware/Software standardization, SCCM services, machine provisioning and automation scripting – unifying all end-user environment under a single vision and management umbrella. A successful candidate will be joining a Team of experienced professionals on day-to-day tasks, exciting internal and global projects, while having a chance to help shape our environment and assist in key decisions.

We are searching for an ambitious individual willing to learn, take on responsibilities and become an integral part of the Team.

We’re looking for:

  • An driven, analytic mind showing initiative;
  • Bachelor degree in IT area;
  • Advanced command of English – both written and spoken;
  • Good understanding of Windows 10/Windows Server + the technologies surrounding those systems;
  • Good understanding/ability to learn of scripting technologies (Powershell, Batch scripting, VBS).
Your future role
  • Assisting IT Support Teams across the region;
  • Working with system administration / data analysis and reporting tasks;
  • Assistance with Windows 10 / Windows 11 deployment activities;
  • Assistance with software package development;
  • Various user and system issues troubleshooting, analysis of complex problems.
