Who we are looking for
  • Education: Possession of a Master’s in Law, serving as the foundation for comprehensive legal acumen.
  • Professional Experience: A proven track record of 5-6 years within an attorney’s office, legal consultancy, or as an in-house lawyer, demonstrating a focused expertise in serving international clients and counterparties.
  • Legal Proficiency: Demonstrated excellence and proficiency in commercial, civil, and employment law, showcasing an extensive proficiency of the complexity within these legal domains.
  • Project Management Skills: Adapt project management capabilities, showcasing the ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Latvian is mandatory, complemented by a high level of IT literacy.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Possession of analytical and critical thinking skills, accompanied by outstanding communication and interpersonal expertise.
  • Professional Traits: An unstoppable drive for success, as well as a high level of commitment and dedication, enabling an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced professional services environment.
