Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Currently, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
  • Master’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Focus areas – corporate law an/or labor law
  • Fluent English and Latvian
  • Task oriented, team player
  • You should also enjoy applying your professional skill, creativity and commitment in finding practical results and the best possible solutions for our clients.

Your future role
  • Possibility to solve the clients most critical business issues from legal perspective
  • Working together and learning from colleagues with different skillset and professional background (tax and financial advisors, accountants and auditors)
  • Advising large, national and international companies on corporate and labor Law in the broad sense and legal issues related to the day-to-day operations of companies.
