🚀 Are you an expert in Salesforce Loyalty Solutions with a passion for strategic development? We're hiring a Loyalty Consultant & Product Owner to lead the implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Management.
In this role, you can oversee our technical team to deliver top-notch Salesforce Loyalty Management solutions while collaborating with international clients to craft and enhance their Loyalty Program vision and strategy, aligning with their business objectives.

We're looking for you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Loyalty Program Management
- Proven track record of Implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management
- Understanding Loyalty Program Design, Customer Lifecycle Management, and data-driven personalization strategies
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
It is nice to have:
- Experience in technical architecture, configuration, and customization
- Experience working for automotive clients or other complex industries
Your future role
- Translate business needs into product requirements and a clear roadmap for Salesforce Loyalty Management projects
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and technical teams throughout projects,
- Lead the Implementation team, providing end-to-end technical guidance on architecture, integrations and third-party applications to ensure high-quality delivery
- Work in cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of loyalty program solutions
- Collaborate with clients to define their loyalty program vision and strategy, while providing insights into industry best practices and emerging trends
- Offer expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Management and program optimization for clients
- Develop and deliver workshops for clients and internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and identify opportunities for additional engagements and business growth

- Basic salary: EUR 2,300 per month gross as a minimum. We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on the professional qualifications and experience
