Who we are looking for

We have a career opportunity for a person seeking new challenges and ready to join our Corporate Finance team in Slovakia, which is an integral part of Deloitte’s Central European and global network.

What we are looking for:

  • University degree, preferably in Finance; specialization in Corporate Finance or Investment Analysis is an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in M&A or similar role involving execution of transactions (business disposals, acquisitions)
  • Fluency in Slovak and English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and solve complex tasks
  • Self-motivated and confident personality
  • CFA certification would be a distinctive advantage

Your future role
  • Assume responsibility for execution of M&A mandates (both sell-side and buy-side engagements)
  • Provide corporate finance advisory to clients including business plans and feasibility studies
  • Manage, lead and develop team of junior colleagues
  • Support senior leaders in business origination and develop client relationships
  • Cooperate with other functions (tax, legal, consulting)

  • Basic salary: EUR 3 000 per month gross. A salary higher than indicated may be agreed, depending on the professional qualifications and experience. We also offer an attractive benefits package.
