Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor/Master degree in finance/economics
  • 5-8 years experience in finance (Experience in the SSC sector is an advantage)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in consulting/advisory
  • Solid understanding of key finance processes and areas. Experience in finance projects such as ERP implementation, performance management, process reengineering
  • Project management certification is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian (German language knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of various Windows based office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio). Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive personality
  • Ability to manage projects and project teams independently
Your future role
  • Participate in projects focusing on finance operations transformation, efficiency improvement, operating model design, business-side support of system implementations.ű
  • Ensure the creation of high-quality deliverables
  • Managing projects independently
  • Develop client relationships through interactions with client personnel
  • Keeping contact with client executives or stakeholders, managing issues and escalations, acting as a primary point of contact
  • Drive business development activities and sales in his/her professional expertise. Proactively identifying client needs with a proactive approach to business development, facilitating discussions and sales process
  • Perform engagement planning and ensure that products/deliverables meet contract/workplan
  • Actively participate in coaching and developing junior project team
