Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

·       graduate with 5+ years of working experience in consulting, preferably in digital or technology transformation domain (EU / public sector experience will be an asset);

·       2+ experience in leading teams and projects;

·       Project Management (PM) skills – knowledge of Project Management methodologies / framework (e.g. PRINCE / PMI / Agile) and experience in Project management / project co-ordination;

·       experience in technology projects (sales / implementation / maintenance);

·       interest in/ knowledge of any of the following: business / organisation model/transformation, business analysis, digitalization;

·       great organizational and planning capabilities, excellent search and analytical skills – Business Analysis / System Analysis skillset;

·       experience in preparing proposal, proposing content and designing solutions and understanding of the public/EU procurement process;

·       understanding of the organization of public sector system in Poland and in the EU and their operating framework;

·       proactive and can-do attitude – ability to work in changing / dynamic environment;

·       good team player;

·       strong “consultant skill-set”, problem solving, strategic thinking, very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS PowerPoint;

·       excellent writing and strong command of spoken English

Your future role

The public sector is faced with increasing pressure to evolve and to offer more “customer-centric” services but constraints on the public sector can slow this transformation. Deloitte Public Sector practice supports governments and UE institutions in their efforts to improve ​the way they operate and to embark on their business and digital transformation journey.

As a Manager you will be in Deloitte’s Public Sector Team, you will support development of public sector practice, project pipeline building and delivery of comprehensive projects. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, managing consultants and tasks (PMO), carry out market analyses to identify opportunities and coordinate implementation of cross-function strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

·       supporting Public Sector Team in building new service offering, go-to-market strategies and preparing proposals;

·       conducting market research;

·       advising clients on key business issues and addressing their problems and market opportunities;

·       bringing expertise, participating in creating and implementing solutions for the EU institutions as well as local, regional and central governments public entities;

·       interacting with clients, internal and external stakeholders;

·       coordinating and driving business development activities;

·       planning, executing, controlling projects.
