Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor or university degree in IT/Business Informatics/Economics
  • 6+ year experience gained in the IT sector, preferably in technology consulting, IT management or project management
  • 3+ year experience in people management and/or coaching, strong intention to develop people
  • Strong knowledge of information technology systems, tools, infrastructures and processes
  • Strong knowledge of IT methodologies, service management and architecture principles
  • Opened and eager to learn new technologies
  • Outstanding problem solving, analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong client management skills and proactive personality
  • Proficiency in English and in Hungarian

It is an advantage if you have:

  • IT leadership experience
  • Consulting experience
  • IT or project management certificate
  • Sales experience
  • Working experience outside Hungary

Your future role
  • Lead and develop people
  • Proactively determining client needs, facilitate discussions and sales process
  • Work in client facing positions such as Project manager, Delivery lead or SME
  • Drive medium or large engagements (IT strategy development, IT due diligence, process improvement, architecture planning etc.) in diverse client environment
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality deliverables, keep high standards and provide daily quality assurance 
  • Keep contact with client executives or stakeholders, manage issues and escalations
  • Report project progress to senior manager level

Technology Strategy & Architecture team advises Deloitte’s clients how to leverage new technologies to effectively support business and enable innovative development. We develop IT strategies and help to plan complex IT transformation programs. We support clients in selection of best solutions covering end to end IT architecture.
