We are actively seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Business Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365. The primary responsibility of this role is to design solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Power Platform, with a focus on projects targeting medium to large enterprises.

Key Requirements:

1. Project and Business Workshops Leadership:

          • Proven experience in leading project and business workshops to comprehend client needs and define project scope

2. Design and Configuration of Dynamics 365 Solutions:

          • Demonstrable ability to design and configure solutions based on Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

3. Implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Solutions:

          • Effective implementation experience (min 3 years) with Dynamics 365, including support for sales teams, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and end-user training

4. Comprehensive Consulting Services:

          • Capability to provide comprehensive consulting services covering various aspects, such as support for sales teams, product demonstrations, analysis, implementation, and end-user training

5. Business and Process Analysis:

          • Proven expertise in business and process analysis, including the documentation of current and target states with accurate and detailed scope documents

6. Collaboration with Developers and Customers:

          • Effective collaboration skills with both development teams and clients to achieve project objectives

7. Quality Assurance:

          • Ability to ensure the quality of solutions through meticulous testing and assessment of compliance with business requirements

Nice to Have:

          • Previous experience in a similar role as a business consultant

          • Experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM software

          • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration

          • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)

          • Understanding of the full application development cycle based on known methodologies

          • Self-reliance

          • Strong verbal and written communication skills

          • Experience in migration from on-premises to the cloud
