Who we are looking for


We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer with Business Analysis skills to join our dynamic team.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring software quality through advanced test automation while bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies that align to business requirements effectively. To streamline this process, you will use your Business Analysis skills to facilitate requirements gathering sessions and convert them into test scenarios and formal documentation for developers.


Who we are looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in test automation, with at least 2 years in a role that involved business analysis tasks
  • Strong expertise in API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or similar
  • Extensive experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium or similar
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, Python, or Java) for test automation
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and design patterns
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Azure DevOps preferable)
  • Familiarity of cloud computing concepts, experience with at least one public cloud provider (Azure preferable)
  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, Gatling or similar)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong documentation and requirements gathering skills
  • Proficiency in English and Polish at a B2 level or higher
  • EU Passport


Nice to have:

  • ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification
  • CBAP or IIBA certification
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) for test environments
  • Experience with mobile testing automation

Your future role

  • Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks
  • Create and maintain automated test suites for web applications, and APIs
  • Create detailed test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Develop and maintain test automation documentation
  • Perform API testing and integration testing
  • Execute and maintain performance testing scenarios
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions
  • Create and maintain business process documentation and user stories
  • Conduct root cause analysis for test failures
  • Stay current with the latest testing tools and methodologies
  • Work closely with product owners to ensure quality requirements are met
