Who we are looking for
Your future role
• Apply tools and methodologies related to Organizational Design with some guidance/coaching from more experienced practitioners. Execute different type of documentation (presentations, analysis, plans, job descriptions, etc.).
• Passionate about data, conduct various type of data analyses to identify trends and optimization opportunities, interpret results and draw actionable data-drive insights.
• Understand the objective of the assigned deliverables and work towards completing them within the scheduled timeline with guidance. Ask pertinent questions, questions assumptions, and raises risks with respect to quality or scheduled delivery of assigned tasks.
• Drive or actively participate in workshops with the client and takes total or partial ownership of topics presented.
• Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Collaborate with subject matter specialists, as needed.
• Experienced in working with Power Point, Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Experience in other reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) is a plus.
• Involvement into practice development (e.g. contribution to content creation for trainings / internal materials, knowledge sharing, initiatives etc.).
Example of daily activities and deliverables for a Consultant in the Organizational Design team:
• Facilitation of workshops.
• Attendance of various meetings/ calls (daily check in’s, status updates, alignment calls, etc.).
• Develop presentations, documenting approaches, what the design principles are, etc.
• Build business cases, transformation roadmaps and milestones, etc.
• Work on Excel files and dashboards, documenting the impacts of a change in terms of number of employees, cost, existing roles vs. new roles, capability gaps, etc.
• Develop or review job descriptions, competency lists, etc. for various roles, or build a job architecture framework for a certain organization.
• Building org. structure models using specific Org. Design tools.

About the team
- Assessing the current organization and capabilities, analyzing data and identifying gaps/ improvement opportunities.
- Working together with the client to understand their mission, vision, the possibilities and limitations.
- Proposing an optimal solution, that is aligned with the agreed strategy and vision of the company.
- Modelling what the company is going to be: how it will be organized, the number of employees and capabilities needed, the new ways of working, etc.
- Defining how the current workforce can be transitioned to the new organizational model.
- Transitioning the workforce.
