Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Professional and practical experience in Project Management
  • Very good written & oral communication skills in both German and English
  • Academic background in Economics, Management or equivalent
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member in an international environment
  • Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to senior level presentations
  • Desire to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, PMI, Agile) will be an additional asset
Your future role
Picture yourself as an integral part of a team engaged in leading large transformation and providing advisory services to help our clients improve their business. You will run the project management activities alongside the Project Lead and work as a part of a larger consulting team. You will be expected to take responsibility for tracking the project delivery against the plan, manage project risks, control project budget, run the change control process, facilitate project meetings, get involved in stakeholder management, contribute to develop creative presentations for key stakeholders. On top of this, you will find yourself part of an international team of talented professionals who are passionate about putting the client first and getting to the right answer.

Selection process
I stage – we will carefully read your resume
II stage – you will be asked to complete the analytical and language (English, German) online tests
III stage – you will be invited to interview with our Talen Team (0,5 h)
IV stage - you will be invited for interview with Hiring Manager (1h)
