Who we are looking for
- University degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience in a medium size or multinational company (experience in HR or accounting firm would be a significant plus);
- Exceptional commitment to client service;
- Solid statutory payroll and human resources knowledge;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Computer literacy (e.g. UCMS Pay, MS Office);
- Able to work independently and take initiative;
- Technology oriented and open to innovation;
- Good project management skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines);
- Team worker, with very good organization and communication skills; flexible and adaptable;
- International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment and global organizations;
- Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skill.
Your future role
- Provide high-quality payroll services to BPS client portfolio (for employees of Romanian or international companies in Romania);
- Review the deliverables prepared by the team, calculate salaries, personal income taxes, social security, health insurance contributions; submit all required statements;
- Assist management team in advising clients on various Payroll compliance matters;
- Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients;
- Write and review payroll advices for client;
- Being actively involved in developing and delivering innovative payroll services;
- Support business leaders in identifying scope and extent of work and support team members in delivering clients’ tasks.
- Share knowledge with the team and continue to learn and develop personal goals.
