We are currently looking for a Payroll Manager within our Business process solution team (“BPS”).
You will have the opportunity to provide clients an integrated, consistent, quality service that unlocks the potential of the payroll compliance function and develop your career through a broad scope of engagements.
You will be remunerated fairly with individual evaluation and salary review each year.
Services BPS provide include organizational, analytical, and recording services for the financial activities of a business, and the preparation of various materials covering the financial transaction life cycle (i.e., collecting source documents, recording transactions, closing books, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders).

Come and meet us.- A degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant payroll experience
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Substantial MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional technical skills and expertise in functional area
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Be client driven and strategically and commercially aware
- Open and communicative person with service-oriented approach to clients and colleagues and an ability to meet tight deadlines while applying high standards.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in payroll and provide high levels of client service
- Proactively identifying opportunities for existing clients to provide exceptional payroll services
- Actively targeting new clients
- Develop and guide payroll team professionals by providing effective performance feedback and ensuring team responsibilities are consistent with skills and developmental goals
- Review of work and deliverables prepared by senior and junior team members
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and legislative changes and apply them to complex situations
- Support team with regards to payroll software
- Continuously improve process and operating procedures
- Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude
- Coach, organize and support team in all operational activities regarding client service and payroll.
