Who we are looking for
Who are you?

We believe you have 1-2 years of working experience within IT and Content Management Systems. You believe that technology is an enabler with never ending possibilities and you are used to communicate about this also with people who do not share your conviction.
Your role within our team will be as a Platform Specialist with a focus on Knowledge Management. Our team support local business teams with their deployment of Intela, Tax & Legal’s new global digital platform. We work closely together to serve Deloitte member firms within our cluster, North South Europe (NSE).

We are looking for you, who work in a structured manner and has an attention to detail. At the same time, you understand the importance of being flexible with the primary focus on delivering in a timely manner despite short deadlines. Experience from project-based work in an international environment is considered as a merit. You love learning new things and you are happy to share your knowledge with others.

There will be some business travelling expected. However, to a very limited extent.

Your performance will be measured in relation to what extent Intela is implemented successfully across NSE (e.g. number of active internal and external users and clients onboarded).

Your future role
You will be part of the NSE Intela Center of Excellence. Your primary focus will be to become an expert on the Knowledge Management part of Intela. That includes understanding how Intela and Site Core works, how it should be (or should not be) used and how it is configured. You will be responsible for publishing content to Intela and you will also be expected to run demos of Intela. Naturally, you will be able to support local teams if they have questions about Intela functionality. We are only in the beginning of this never-ending transformation journey, and we would love for you to onboard and add to our success. 


• Build a deep knowledge about Intela
• Upload, manage and publish content on Intela
• Provide support to NSE Tax & Legal knowledge teams
• Run demos of Intela
• Support migration of content from other platforms
• Keep track of new content to be uploaded on the platform
• Make sure content is regularly updated when required
• While performing these different activities, you will gradually acquire a broader knowledge of our tools and applications which will lead to further responsibilities

Qualifications and skills required

• Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
• You have at least 2 years of experience with Content Management Systems (prior experience with Sitecore is an asset)
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken
• Technologically curious
• A structured and organised approach to work, complemented with an eye for detail
• Well organised, able to manage multiple projects and handling competing demands in a timely manner
• You are proactive, able to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your duties
• Have good interpersonal skills
