Who we are looking for

At Deloitte, we have passion for building strategies and solutions to help our clients solve their complex and interesting business problems.

For our fast growing Cloud Engineering practice we are looking for Practice Management Officer where primary goal is the cooperation with and support for Cloud Engineering project and team leaders, in collaboration with other stakeholders of Deloitte consulting organization and with clients.

We are looking for a person with strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, paying attention to details, proficient in MS Office, with ability to drive Cloud Engineering practice agenda, preferably as user of a CRM/other systems and understanding of IT professional services, with at least 1 year of proven experience in similar area.

What you will do:

·       Providing consolidated reporting to the practice leadership

·       Ad-hoc reports preparation according to practice and project needs

·       Employees onboarding/transfers/ offboarding in internal and client systems

·       Be a part or drive of regular meetings with practice and projects’ leadership and team members

·       Support leadership in sales pipeline planning, budget control and projects set-up

·       Preparing project initiation documents and process according to defined rules and procedures and with relevant stakeholders

·       Monitor time tracking of practice team utilization and projects financial position

·       Support in projects staffing and people scheduling according to required skills

·       Drive the invoicing process

·       Tracking  accounts receivables and together with project managers - ensuring that are paid

·       Involved in customer satisfaction processes

·       Introducing new people to the tools that we use

Your skills:

·       Be able to organize your own work and support work of managers

·       Organisational skills, with ability to plan, coordinate, monitor activities and tasks,

·       Self-driven, with ability to work independently

·       Have analytical mindset

·       Like to work with data

·       Pay attention to detail

·       Are experienced in gathering, processing and consolidating data

·       Are team player with very good communication skills

·       Have the ability to present data in a clear, visually appealing way

·       Have at least 1 year of experience in PMO or position with similar responsibilities

·       Have good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, Power Point)

·       Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field

·       Know English and Polish very well


·       Familiarity with the IT sector/professional service industry and terminology

·       Are familiar with the IT industry and Agile methodology
