Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Have at least 2+ years working in a similar role;
- Have Business knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Insurance/Banking field;
- Have knowledge and experience of process methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma;
- Analyze and document the client’s current state process designs by using business process management techniques (e.g. BPMN, RACI, SIPOC, VSM, etc.);
- Identify and document any pain points/quality issues/inefficiencies/non-value-adding activities leading to poor performance;
- Define the process efficiency metrics (KPIs) and the appropriate SLAs;
- Generate business and technical requirement documents for key process improvement projects;
- Initiate various short-, medium- and long-term process improvement projects, and provide guidance until their completion;
- Deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to inspire confidence in clients;
- Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving.
- Understand how business functions operate and how financial services trends impact a client’s business;
- Communicate project expectations and results to all stakeholders in a timely and clear form;
- Certifications or licenses degrees related to: Business Administration, Process Reengineering, Quality Management would be an advantage.
