Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Experience of at least 2-3 years working in a similar position in a multi-national environment,
  • Practice in Agile software development, preferably in banking or tax is an advantage,
  • Hardworking and attentive to detail, dedicated to high-quality deliverables,
  • Team player and communicative personality,
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Your future role
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that increase market share, improve customer experience and drive growth,
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements,
  • Drive product delivery and release launches (coordinate builds with internal and external IT teams),
  • Manage UATs, bug fixing, etc.,
  • Support creation of the business model of the product and campaign management,
  • Maintain product documentation,
  • Gather customer feedback on company products,
  • Continuous support for end users,
  • Provide management with product analysis, competition analysis and market opportunities,
  • Manage IT projects on a broad scale with internal or external IT teams
  • Manage resource scheduling.
