Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and drive our Talent Acquisition agenda across the South East Europe region.

This is a strategic leadership role for a talent acquisition professional who has successfully operated in a multi-country environment, partnering with senior business leaders and translating business priorities into impactful talent strategies.

The successful candidate will lead recruitment delivery and talent acquisition initiatives across the region, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience while adapting to local market realities.

A key part of the role will be driving innovation and AI-enabled transformation within Talent Acquisition. We are looking for someone who embraces new technologies, challenges traditional ways of working, and can lead change initiatives that improve effectiveness, candidate engagement, and data-driven decision making.


What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition across multiple countries or regions.
  • Previous experience managing recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams in a complex, multi-country environment.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior executives and managing relationships with C-level, Partner, and Director stakeholders.
  • Experience leading transformation, change management, digitalization, or AI-related initiatives within HR or Talent Acquisition.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of business growth drivers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for innovation, talent strategy, and building high-performing teams.

Your future role
  • Lead and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy across the SEE region, ensuring alignment with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Manage and develop a regional Talent Acquisition team, fostering collaboration, capability building, and high performance across multiple countries.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across the region, ensuring excellence in hiring outcomes, stakeholder experience, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic talent advisory, workforce planning support, and market insights.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies to support current and future business needs.
  • Champion AI-driven transformation and innovation within Talent Acquisition, leveraging technology, automation, and data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead regional Talent Acquisition projects and change initiatives, driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and key metrics, using data and analytics to support decision-making and deliver measurable results.
