Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
• At least 2-3 years experience in compliance, business processes improvement, risk management;
• At least bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Management or Mathematics);
• Analytical thinking;
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience;
• Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives;
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools;
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (both speaking and writing);
• Passionate about: #AML #compliance #riskmanagement
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations;
• Certifications including CIA, CRMA, CFE, CAMS.

Your future role
As a Senior Consultant within our practice, you will:
• Work with the biggest Lithuanian and international private entities from financial and other various industries;
• Assist clients in complying with legal requirements in areas of anti money laundering, counter terrorist financing;
• Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify business process deficiencies, evaluate their implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions to best advise our clients;
• Design and implement solutions to improve various business processes;
• Consult with engagement leadership and clients on strategic plans and other business matters, and help to anticipate emerging risks for our clients;
• Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others;
• Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract;
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues;
• Contribute to new business proposals and proposal development;
• Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of advisory skills and experience.
