Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

SAP curriculum for Basis consultants or equivalent;
Independent in execution of core SAP Basis activities such as kernel patching, add-on patching, transport management, note implementation, security notes, SAP solutions installation etc.;
Skills in database administration such as database installation, Patch, upgrade, parameters management, backup, restore etc.;
Skills in monitor SAP systems: work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.;
Independent in having technical discussions regarding the basic topics;
Issues troubleshooting capability;
Full knowledge in SAP support portal usage;
Full knowledge in using Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux) for the tasks relevant for the administration of SAP applications;
Graduate or Master's Degree in Computer or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer science / Information Technology systems/ Computer applications / IT Business Systems is an advantage;
SAP certifications is an advantage e.g. SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration, etc;
Certification in SAP HANA topics is an advantage;
Working experience with SAP HANA would be a plus.

Your future role

Perform the role of a technical consultant on projects (kernel patching, add-on patching, transport management, note implementation, security notes, SAP solutions installation, database administration etc.);
Maintain a high degree of knowledge/understanding of a variety of SAP Technologies and applications;
Take directions from the manager in terms of areas of development and utilization and from Project Managers in work on projects mode;
Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in keeping with client expectations. Continually report progress as required;
Ready to travel for assignments within the EMEA region.
