Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for
- Graduate or Master's Degree in Computer or Electronics & Communication Engineering / Computer science / Information Technology systems/ Computer applications / IT Business Systems;
- SAP curriculum for AMS Basis consultants;
- SAP certifications are highly desirable e.g. SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration, etc;
- Certification in SAP HANA topics is an advantage;
- Technically fluent in Operating System (Unix/Windows/Linux), Database (HANA/Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/MaxDB ) administration, hardware technologies and benchmarking of the same for SAP Applications;
- Working experience with SAP HANA would be a plus;
- Experience in Troubleshooting, Technical reviews;
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Basis issues. Respond to and resolve service tickets related to SAP system performance, configuration, and connectivity;
- Monitor SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, etc.) to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability. Utilize monitoring tools and reports to identify and address potential issues;
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP Basis components. Collaborate with SAP support and other third-party vendors as necessary;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incidents. Create knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions;
- Able to provide knowledge transfer from certain technology areas for which will be responsible for research and excellence;
- Will communicate with customer and project team in English.
