Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Professionals who want to join our growing team and accept the challenge of providing high quality services to our clients and to continuously improve.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience on SAP Logistics modules (SD, MM, LE, TM);
  • Having a good business and technical understanding of SAP GTS (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference) is ideal, but not mandatory;
  • Key knowledge and technical understanding of MM, SD & LE specific processes (Inbound and Outbound processes, Shipping & Transportation processes);
  • Knowledge of the integration points between GTS and/or SD, MM, TM;
  • Experience in conducting support activities, resolving tickets and ensuring the stability of SAP implementations;
  • Proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically-distributed teams;
  • A good team player with strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English; any other foreign language is an asset;
  • Flexibility for on-call support and occasional travel as per business requirements.
Your future role
  • Work and act as a Functional SAP consultant within our Global Trade Services SAP Team;
  • Provide support and maintenance services for SAP GTS, including incident resolution, problem management and system enhancements;
  • Collaborate with various support and implementation teams to address and resolve GTS-related issues within defined SLAs;
  • Work closely with users to understand their requirements and provide solutions in alignment with best practices;
  • Write support documentation and knowledge base articles;
  • Work closely with our GTS Centre of Excellence to support system improvements;
  • Communicate effectively with users, support teams and stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing support priorities;
  • Have the willingness to develop new professional skills.
