Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are seeking candidates with technical-functional expertise in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment, to join both exciting SAP on-premise and cloud projects with S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to take ownership on both projects.

🌍 What You'll Bring:
  • 2 years of consulting experience, including functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or in SAP HCM, especially within the Hungarian context.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) with SAP HCM is highly desirable using SAP Cloud Integration as the middleware.
  • Top-notch communication skills, with fluency in both English and Hungarian, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts with ease.
  • Natural curiosity and a drive to explore and master new technologies and their impact on the business are part of your DNA.

🌍 Nice-To-Have:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certifications, particularly in Employee Central or Employee Central Payroll.
  • Experience in migrating on-prem SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA or SAP SF EC/ECP.
  • A foundational understanding of ABAP programming, SAP Fiori or SAP Business Technology Platform.
