Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP Manager / AMS Lead to join our SAP Operate team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of SAP Support Consultants and Service Desk Consultants located in Poland, Albania, and Serbia, to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients in Western Europe. 
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the success of high-profile projects. 🌍



What we expect from you: 🎯
  • 4+ years in SAP management, with a proven track record in leading AMS teams and delivering SAP support services.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and AMS processes.
  • Previous leadership and team management experience – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed team environment. 
  • Polish & English at excellent level - you will use them every day
  • EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU
Your future role
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SAP Support Consultants and Service Desk Consultants across multiple locations.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the effective delivery of Application Management Services (AMS) to our clients, maintaining high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of SAP-related projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring responsive and proactive support.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implementing best practices to improve service efficiency and quality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance metrics.
